New Mexico Bond Question B, the Public Libraries Bond, was on the ballot in
New Mexico as a legislatively referred bond question on November 6, 2018.

        The measure was approved.

Senate Bill 94, the General Obligation Bond Bill, will be presented to the public, 
as GO Bond B, for a vote in the 
November 6 General Election.

Bond amount on ballot is $12,876,000. This includes $4 million each for
academic, school and public libraries, $750,000 for tribal libraries and 
$126,000 for bonding costs.

2018 Library GO Bonds will cost homeowners only $0.69 per $100,000 value per year.
